The T-bone’s thicker neighbor, Porterhouse steaks offer meat from the two most prized cuts – the filet mignon and the NY strip steak – making this our top rated cut. While the meat is the most tender of all on offer, we keep bone-in for this steak-for-two, which adds flavor and protection when grilling. We recommend only basic seasoning and a medium-rare to medium finish.
